Training Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide quality, effective safety training that reduces tragic and costly accidents, and injuries that cause Thousands of Dollars in damage and result in the Loss of many Lives every year. Through our many courses we provide companies and individuals the ability to become compliant on safety training.
Company History
Equipment Solutions opened the doors in 1998. Through our company history we have offered many products and services including Golf Carts, Used Forklifts, Training, and Parts. As we have changed products with the times and customer need, we have always offered safety training. Marco was Certified in 1994 as a Forklift "Certified Master Trainer" and then as an Aerial Work Platform Specialist in 1996. Equipment Solutions started selling used forklifts in 2000. We are a small company with LOTS of experience in how this equipment is used, and we fully understand how important it is to keep a worksite safe. We know and enjoy what we do, and becasue of it we take great pride in offering the best product and service at a great price.
Why We Do Safety Training
When asked, "Why Train?" Marco responded by saying, "I enjoy teaching. You know that look in someone's eye when the 'Light Goes On' ? Well that is why I train, because I enjoy knowing that I am responsable for that 'Light'. And I am a people person and I enjoy meeting new people." Marco got into the materials handling industry back in 1984 as a forklift driver. He later became a mechanic and then moved into sales. In 1994 Marco was given the opportunity to go to school to become a Safety Trainer. He took this opportunity, and well the rest is history. As it turns out, Marco is good at Training, mostly becasue he cares about Your Safety and has a great talent of being able to break down the complicated into easy to understand language. |
